Server Configuration and Support (for private servers)
$100 per hour, minimum 1 hour.
Billed in half hour increments.
Satellite Installation/Repair
$100 per hour, minimum 1.5 hour (no minimum for new installations).
Billed in .1 hour increments.
Miscellaneous Services and Charges
Bandwidth over the maximums stated above will be billed $2 per 100 Megabyte increment (rounded up to the next 100 Megabyte increment).
Additional dedicated IP Addresses are available $10 per 8 address block per month. This option is only available to users with dedicated connections or co-locations with AustinTX.COM.
AustinTX.COM support staff will charge $25 to recover a lost password.
AustinTX.COM provides support 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Calls outside of this time may be billed to you account at a rate of $65 per hour, billed in half hour increments.
Use of AustinTX.COM servers to relay bulk, unsolicited email messages (SPAM) will be charged 100% of standard US first-class postal rates at the time of mailing. Bulk mailings by AustinTX.COM customers (even to other relay sites) is a violation of acceptable use policies and will result in immediate discontinuation of all services.
Payment/Invoicing
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as check or money order.
There will be a $0.50 handling fee for all other payments (checks, money orders, etc.), and a $1.00 handling fee for all paper invoices.
