Server Configuration and Support (for private servers)
$95 per hour, minimum 1 hour.
Billed in half hour increments.

Miscellaneous Services and Charges

Bandwidth over the maximums stated above will be billed $2 per 100 Megabyte increment (rounded up to the next 100 Megabyte increment).

Additional dedicated IP Addresses are available $10 per 8 address block per month. This option is only available to users with dedicated connections or co-locations with AustinTX.COM.

Virtual email addresses are available at $1 per address or $5 per 10 addresses per month.

AustinTX.COM support staff will charge $25 to recover a lost password.

AustinTX.COM provides support 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Calls outside of this time may be billed to you account at a rate of $65 per hour, billed in half hour increments.

Use of AustinTX.COM servers to relay bulk, unsolicited email messages (SPAM) will be charged 100% of standard US first-class postal rates at the time of mailing. Bulk mailings by AustinTX.COM customers (even to other relay sites) is a violation of acceptable use policies and will result in immediate discontinuation of all services.

Payment/Invoicing
The preferred billing method is via credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express and we will bill the card automatically. We also accept check and money order payments.

There will be a $0.50 handling fee for all other payments (checks, money orders, etc.), and a $1.00 handling fee for all paper invoices.
